We're buying a house.

We have an offer in.

We should be moved in by August 1st if everything goes well.

Brent is going to be living in the basement bedroom for a year or two.

Beaver Pine Twin homes. They're duplexes, basically.

1125 square feet upstairs and another 825 square feet finished downstairs.

For the price (~150k) it's pretty unbelievable.

I can't get a very good listing page to link - but if you went to www.prudentialproperties.com and searched for 5939 NW 50th St. in Johnston you should be able to see some photos of it.
