So..
It's rare for the death of a celebrity to have any effect whatsoever on me.
However...it's really bothering me that George Carlin passed away.
He's a huge, huge, HUGE part of what has influenced the way I approach humor in my every day life and I've read his books and listened to his albums since I was about 10 years old - enjoying every minute of it.
I'm feeling a sense of regret that I didn't try harder to see him in concert one last time (I'd only ever seen him once), but now it's too late.
RIP Georgie Porgie. I can only hope you're somewhere kickin' it with Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor.
